This Friday Feature Interview of the Week from Feb. 13 was just two days before the deadline for citizens to take part in the open enrollment period for The Affordable Care Act.  Our discussion was with Jackie Kiger of Pisgah Legal Services, who provided assistance and answered questions for those who felt like they were still in the dark.
