Join WNCW Music Director Martin Anderson as he celebrates the lives of those who died last year by filling the morning with many of our favorites. Rock, country, funk, bluegrass,  jazz, Afropop, and more will be covered throughout the morning on Friday, beginning at 9am. Among the many to honor, in order of when they died:

JOHN DOYLE Live Tuesday, November 28th at 11am

JOHN DOYLE
Keith Wright

Irish guitar great John Doyle has a busy schedule in our area this month, most notably "John Doyle's Holiday-ish Shows" at Isis Music Hall in West Asheville on Dec. 7th, the Laurel Theatre in Knoxville on the 8th, and a house concert in Morganton on the 9th. He's also leading an Irish guitar workshop in Weaverville that Saturday. In between those shows, production work for a new album from one of our favorite regional bands, and likely some Holiday shopping, John will stop by WNCW to catch us up to date. Tune in!
