Certainly one of the biggest album releases this summer has been Phish's first one in five years, which was recorded in Nashville after a series of collaborative writing sessions in their Barn in Vermont (and some live debuts last Halloween.) It's been getting strong reviews from Phish-heads and music critics alike; Fred Thomas of All Music writes: "Fuego ranks among their best studio albums, capturing strands of the frenetic, cartoonish, darkly cautionary, and open-hearted expressions that make their concerts such moving experiences, but which often get lost when the tape starts rolling."
