I've only recently become a cookbook junkie. It came about because I decided it was time to start eating healthy food because I plan to live to be 150 years old.
The MOM 100 Cookbook is actually for moms with young children who are picky eaters, to teach them to be more adventurous as they grow their palates along with their bodies.
But I - and apparently many other cookbook readers - told Katie that it's a great cookbook for adults as well. I learned a long time ago that I like to cook when I can, but got most of my skills and recipes from TV Cooking Shows. Now I'm learning how much I've missed by not reading cookbooks from cover to cover.
