Banjo great Alison Brown and her husband Garry West keep themselves busy not only running one of our favorite eclectic record labels, Compass Records, they also have their talented Quartet that is out on tour in support of their latest release "The Song of the Banjo". Bluegrass, country, and jazz combined together begins to describe their sound. Martin will chat with them about both endeavors and hear a variety of songs in our Air Studio. They play the Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte Thursday, and the Diana Wortham Theatre in Asheville Friday.
