For fifty years, Del McCoury's music has defined authenticity for hard core bluegrass fans.  And yet, he and his band also have that knack for appealing to music fans that merely flirt with the genre of Del's former bandleader Bill Monroe.  Take the band's recent work with David Grisman, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Keller Williams...then there's that "motorcycle song"....
