It's time for the yearly visit on WNCW's Friday Feature Interview of the Week by The Foundation Performing Art Center's - Executive Director Russell Wicker - as he goes over their 2017-18 lineup of entertainment. This interview from June 30, 2017 provided Russell the opportunity to share a great lineup of concert acts and other shows forthcoming. The foundation is a part of Isothermal Community College in Spindale.
