Based in Hendersonville, The Gerard House specializes in helping those with Autism. That includes 'The Learning Kitchen' a way to get those with the condition comfortable in a kitchen setting where they can learn how to prepare fresh and healthy dishes. Perhaps someone with Autism finds the freedom and ability to go on to make a career in the cooking industry in a variety of roles.
